Instructions:
Use morning and night. Apply with ring finger and gently
massage or pat around eye area including lids, eyelashes and
lips until absorbed. May also
be used as a eye mask by applying a thick layer and covering
for 5 to 10 minutes with a cotton pad soaked with Tonic
Lotion
