two-featured ingredients in this non-alcohol formula for
mature, damaged, sensitive and dry skin is collagen and
elastin, which as a humectant can absorb 30 times its fiber
weight in water. This makes for an excellent
“moisture-attracting” tonic. Removes traces of makeup after
cleansing. Tones and prepares skin for firming or treatment
creams with its collagen/elastin amino acids.
