Toner for all
skin types.
 Like
other good toners, this formula freshens, brightens and helps
establish proper pH, but also helps oxygenate skin. It
contains three major "active" ingredients which are
extremely beneficial to the skin: hydrogen peroxide, salicylic
acid, and retinyl palmitate. Works to destroy the bacteria
within the pores.
Ingredients:
Demineralized spring water, witch hazel, coconut oil fatty
acids, hydrogen peroxide, salicylic acid, retinyl pamitate,
polysorbate 20, menthol, simethicone, disodium ededate, methyl
& propyl paraben, natural oil fragrance.
