INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Hot Therapy: Use heat anytime muscles are stiff, in spasm
or sore as it will increase circulation and release tension.
Never use heat on a swollen area. Microwave pack for several
minutes until desired temperature is reached. Wear on area
for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow body area to rest for a half
hour before using heat again.
Cold Therapy: Use cold anytime muscles have been
over-stressed (as in immediately following fitness
activities or work-outs) and swelling. Cold will allow the
area to rest, reduce swelling and provide an analgesic
sensation. Refrigerate pack for several hours to achieve
desired temperature. Wear on area 10 to 15 minutes. Allow
body area to rest for a half hour before using cold again.
