 A balancing and refreshing facial toner that moisturizers,
refines and normalizes the skin. The skin appears fresh, calm and
balanced. Alcohol free fromula includes Panthenol,
Bisabolol, Troxerutin, Betaglucan and Allantoin.
Instructions: After cleansing, while skin is
still damp, apply with a cotton pad to face and neck area.
May be used twice daily.
