Check the Status of an
Order
Enter the Order Number found on your receipt
or invoice and
click on the Continue button.
A
new window will be opened with the current
information regarding your order.
Order Statuses &
Notes

In Process - Order has been submitted
by the customer and received by Skin-Spa.
During this phase the order is reviewed for
security purposes and credit card
authorization is made.

Sent To Warehouse - After the order is
accepted and paid it is now being packed for
shipment.

Shipped - Indicates that the order has
been sent to the customer

Item on Temporary Backorder - This
status level determines that one or more
products purchased may be delayed for several
days, not exceeding two weeks. Other items in
the order may be shipped separately and will
be stated in the order notes.

Order on Backorder - The entire order
is delayed, usually not anticipated in stock
within two weeks. Customers are sent e-mail
notifications if any product is on backorder.

Credit Card Declined - If an order is
rejected for security purposes or a credit
card is declined by the issuing bank the order
will be placed on hold. Customers are sent an
e-mail notification of this status with
further instructions. Orders will be shipped
once payment is received.

Cancelled - An order that has not been
processed or shipped.

Return - An order that has been sent
back to Skin-Spa for any reason. Notes will
reflect refund or exchange information.

Special Order Item - Certain products,
such as Oberon Design items, may require
longer processing or production time. These
items will have notes designated on their
product page, as well as listed in the Order
Status.
Anticipated Delivery
Time
Most orders are shipped via USPS with an
anticipated delivery time of 7 to 10 business
days. Occasionally some orders ship directly
from the manufacturer via UPS Ground. Your
order may be sent in multiple shipments at no
additional charge. Order Status
information will contain any backorder notices
or other notes regarding your order and
shipping, as well as the ship date.
If it has been over 10 business days since
your order date and it has not been received,
contact
Skin-Spa to investigate the location of your
order. While we will work quickly to locate,
replace or refund your purchase, please allow
up to two weeks for resolution.
Product Availability &
Backorders
Skin-Spa offers a variety of brands and
products that are usually in stock and our inventory
is replenished each week. Rarely an item may be on
temporary or extended backorder from the manufacturer.
We make every effort to list on the product page any
backorder information that is available. Once you have
made your purchase, if an item is out of stock it will be placed on
backorder status and shipped immediately once in stock. You
will be notified only if the item on backorder is anticipated
to take longer than two weeks to be received, otherwise the item
will ship automatically. You
have the option to cancel the backordered items and receive
a refund.
Cancel or Modify an Order
Orders may be cancelled or modified by the customer
during the processing time prior to shipment. Order
processing may take several days after the order is
placed.
Contact us if you would like to make any
changes to your order. Orders Sent to the Warehouse
or shipped cannot be
cancelled or modified.
Tracking Numbers
The majority of orders shipped by
Skin-Spa are sent via standard USPS with a
delivery confirmation number. This number
only details the shipping date and delivery
date after it has occurred; it is not a
real-time tracking number. Only orders that
have been shipped via expedited means
receive a tracking number which will be
noted in the Order Status, as well as
e-mailed to the customer.
