The security of our customer's personal information along with the prevention of fraud and identity theft are of an utmost importance to Skin-Spa. We strive to find convenient ways for legitimate customers to shop while protecting sensitive data. First, Skin-Spa does not store credit card information online and does not offer the ability to create customer accounts that will save credit card numbers. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some, however we do store information off-line and can quickly access and take orders via phone.

The only time personal information is requested is to place an order. Online, telephone or mail-order shopping requires information such as billing address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card data be shared to process and ship the order. All personal information given to Skin-Spa is kept completely private and not shared with any third parties for any reason. Customer e-mail address is only used for sending order confirmation invoices and questions regarding an order. We never send unsolicited advertisements (spam) via e-mail.

All website transactions are made through a secure server. For customers that prefer to avoid payment transactions over the Internet, we do accept payment via mail or phone. Every order is personally checked for valid information. We require that the billing name, address, telephone, card number and CVV2# be identical to the information on record with the issuing credit card company. We reserve the right to contact the customer to confirm their order information or reject orders that do not meet our security criteria.
