Skin-Spa only retails new
products. All items are obtained
directly from the manufacturer or
authorized distributor at the time
of each order. This ensures that
every customer receives the most
up-to-date, fresh and secure product
available.
Inspect your order immediately
upon arrival. If your shipment is
damaged, save the product and
original packaging. Report any
problems to Skin-Spa within 48 hours
of receipt. Damaged merchandise will
only be exchanged for the exact same
product. A pre-paid mailing label
will be provided if we require the
damaged items to be shipped back to
our store.
You may return your purchase
within 14 days of receipt for a
refund or exchange. All returned
products must be in their original
packaging (including item box,
product literature, manuals,
registration cards and accessories),
seals unbroken and in new/resale
condition. Outbound shipping
(including promotional shipping) and
return shipping costs will not be
refunded.
We do not accept returns on the
following items:
- Any opened or used skin
care, body care or cosmetics.
Unfortunately, our skin care
brands will not take back
opened/used products in order to
maintain product integrity and
customer safety.
- Opened/unsealed CDs, DVDs or
videos
Defective Products:
Contact Skin-Spa within 14 days of
receipt with product concerns.
Defective merchandise will only be
replaced with the exact same
product. After 14 days the
manufacturer's warranty applies to
all products and must be contacted
by the customer to make any
complaints or claims.
Special Order Items:
Returns will receive a 15%
restocking fee. These products are
identified as such on their product
page and on the purchase receipt.
Undelivered Shipments: Additionally, any
orders that
are sent back to Skin-Spa, such as
'Return to Sender', unsigned or
unclaimed, as well as 'address not
found' due to customer error will be
treated as a return for
unwanted/unused items and a 15%
restocking fee may be applied.
To return an item, please use the
form below to obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RA#) and
instructions. Orders returned
without a RA# will not be accepted
or processed.
All returns must be received and
evaluated by Skin-Spa prior to
providing a refund or shipping
replacement/exchange products.
Credits and refunds will be issued
in the manner in which they are
paid. Returns made on gift orders or
those purchased with gift
certificates will receive a store
credit. Please allow 30 days for
return processing and refunds to be
issued.
