Rates effective as of
June 15, 2007. Skin-Spa uses USPS as our primary
carrier. Order processing
may be 24 to 72 hours. Occasionally some orders ship directly from the
manufacturer and will be sent via UPS Ground. Your order may be sent in multiple shipments at
no additional charge. Please note that we only ship one order per shipping address; meaning we
cannot divide orders to be shipped to separate addresses for
only one shipping fee or free shipping. Shipping fee
determined upon order sub-total, and does not include
any applicable tax (Florida residents only).

Shipping Rates for Canada
Skin-Spa uses USPS as our primary carrier
for delivery to Canada, however UPS may be
used depending on products/weight. Delivery
time may vary due to local Canadian customs.

International Shipping
Currently Skin-Spa only ships to the United
States and Canada.
Free Shipping
Free shipping will be applied to an order
sub-total of $75.00 (tax not included - Florida residents
only) or more that is shipped within the
United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping is sent via USPS and may take
approximately 7 to 10 business days for receipt. Note that some heavy-weight items may not be
eligible for
free shipping and will be identified on their product page. Bulk order/large quantity purchases may not be eligible for free
shipping, please inquire.
Expedited Shipping
Express shipping is an optional service subject to brand
and stock availability. Prices are dependent
upon order weight and destination. Please
contact us online or call
1-877-475-4677 for a shipping quote. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available
on certain products/brands.
Shipping
Damages & Loss
Customers have the option to receive
an exact replacement or refund for orders that are damaged or
lost in transit. Inspect all orders immediately
upon arrival. Within 48 hours of receipt, report any damages
to the carrier and Skin-Spa. You may be required to ship the
damaged items back to Skin-Spa (at no expense) prior to a
replacement or refund being issued. If this action is
necessary, you will be given return instructions and a
pre-paid mailing label.
If it has been over 10 business days
since your order date and it has not been received,
contact
Skin-Spa to investigate the location
of your order. While we will work
quickly to locate, replace or refund
your purchase, please allow up to
two weeks for resolution.
