Shipping Rates
As of May 2010

Signature will be required on
orders shipped to an address
different than billing, as well as business or
apartment addresses, and orders
valued at $200 or more. This is both
a security precaution to protect
cardholders against fraudulent
purchases, as well as to prevent
mail loss or theft.
Orders paid with PayPal will
only be shipped to the confirmed
U.S. or Canadian address on record
with PayPal.
International Shipping
Skin-Spa only ships to the United
States and Canada.
Free Shipping
Free shipping will be applied to an order
subtotal of $75.00 or more that is shipped within the
United States and its territories.
Shipping
Damages, Problems and Loss
Inspect your order immediately
upon arrival. Report any shipping
problems or errors to Skin-Spa
within 48 hours of receipt. If your
shipment is damaged, save the
product and original packaging. Damaged merchandise will
only be exchanged for the exact same
product. A pre-paid mailing label
will be provided if we require the
damaged items to be shipped back to
our store.
For American
Customers: If it has been 10 business days
(does not include holidays or
weekends) since your order date and it has not been received,
contact
Skin-Spa to investigate the location
of your order. All orders confirmed
lost by the carrier will be replaced
with the same products.
For Canadian
Customers: If it has been 30 business days
(does not include holidays or
weekends) since your order date and it has not been received,
contact
Skin-Spa to investigate the location
of your order. All orders confirmed
lost by the carrier will be replaced
with the same products. Note that
orders to Canada must clear Customs
and they state this process can take
from 1 week to 3 weeks depending
upon location.
