selected by their skin type, product type or brand. To
view a complete index of all the current brands and
products we offer, visit the
Products link at the top of the web page. You may
also use the search box that is located throughout the
site to seek a particular keyword.
Product Information &
Ingredients
Each product page contains information
about the item. This information is generally provided
by the manufacturer that contains a description
and use of the item. Likewise, the ingredients may be
listed on the product page if the manufacturer has
made this information available.
Product Availability &
Backorders
Skin-Spa offers a variety of brands and
products that are usually in stock and our inventory
is replenished each week. Rarely an item may be on
temporary or extended backorder from the manufacturer.
We make every effort to list on the product page any
backorder information that is available. Once you have
made your purchase, if an item is out of stock it will be placed on
backorder status and shipped immediately once in stock. You
will be notified only if the item on backorder is anticipated
to take longer than two weeks to be received, otherwise the item
will ship automatically. You
have the option to cancel the backordered items and receive
a refund.
Special
Order Items
These products are only stocked
upon customer request or purchase.
This includes any
customized/personalized items (such
as Oberon
Design), as well as items that
require longer processing time. Some
special order items may not allow
for returns or incur a 15%
restocking fee.

esthetician on staff to provide you with

Samples
Several samples of recommended or related products
are chosen by our licensed esthetician and included
with each order. If you are placing an order and
would like to request a specific sample please type
your preference in the 'comments' box during
checkout. Please note that we have in stock a
limited selection of samples that the manufacturers
choose to supply our store.
Type and availability of samples will vary. If your
order is shipped directly from the manufacturer,
samples will be sent separately.
Catalog
Requests
Currently Skin-Spa does not offer a printed
catalog. Our catalog was discontinued several years
ago. The web store includes our entire inventory with
up-to-date information and pricing, as well as
features special sales and new items. Printed product
price-lists are available by request only.
Product Pricing & Currency
Skin-Spa generally offers products at the
recommended retail price suggested by the
manufacturer or lower. Occasionally we have special sales or
discounts on overstock and customer favorites. All
prices on this website are displayed in U.S. currency.
