Methods of Ordering
Shop and place orders 24 hours every day here on our
Skin-Spa
Internet site using
Secure Net Shop
as our preferred shopping cart service. Place your order online for Internet, Mail and Phone
orders. The shopping cart will configure applicable shipping
and/or tax and create a printable copy to be used for
non-Internet orders. You may also print out the
mail-order form
and send to Skin-Spa with your payment.
Accepted Forms of
Payment
- Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard
-
Personal/Business checks for U.S. customers only or Money
Orders in U.S. funds. For International orders we
accept money orders from Canada Post or Western Union only,
no personal check or bank drafts please.

PayPal
accepts all credit cards,
e-checks, and direct debit from bank
accounts. You do not need to become
a member to use this option.
Placing An Internet Order
Step 1: Using the shopping cart

To select an item for purchase, click the
Add To Cart button on the product page. Your item will be
added to the Shopping Cart.

To remove an item, click the Remove
button listed under the product name.

To change the quantity, type the desired
number of items in the box and then click the Update
button underneath.

To resume shopping, click the Back to
Shopping button in the shopping cart that will take you
back to last product you viewed.

To view or change your shopping cart at any
time, simply select the Shopping Cart link at the top
of any page.
Step 2: Checkout and selection of payment
method

Secure Online Credit Card Payment - This
option will collect your billing and shipping address, as
well as your credit card information via a secure server.
Visa, MasterCard & Discover are accepted through this
method.

Secure Online PayPal Payment - Our preferred
online Payment Service that accepts Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, Bank Transfers and E-checks. You
DO NOT need to register or have a PayPal account to use this
method.

Pay by Telephone (Printable Order Form) - The
shopping cart will take your billing and shipping address,
but will not require your credit card information. It will
generate your invoice and order number. Skin-Spa receives
your unpaid order and will begin to process it. Just call
1-877-475-4677 at your convenience to pay for your order.
Orders will be shipped once payment is received.

Pay by Mail (Printable Order Form) - The
shopping cart will take your billing and shipping address,
but will not require any kind of payment information. It
will generate your invoice and order number in a printable
copy. Send the order invoice along with your payment to the
address indicated. Your order will be shipped once payment
is received.
Step 3: Billing & Shipping Address

Billing Address: The Billing Name, Address,
Zip Code and Telephone Number that you designate on your
order must match exactly the Billing Address in which your
Credit Card Statement is sent. For security purposes we
verify this information prior to charging your card.

Shipping Address: We primarily use USPS as our
shipping carrier. Please be sure to indicate an address in
which USPS will deliver. Any errors or discrepancies in your
address may cause shipping delays.
Step 4: Input payment information

Questions or comments about your order may be
typed in the box. Likewise, if you are purchasing a gift,
type your message in the box provided. Gift messages will be
printed on the packing slip included with the order. Please
note that we do not list the price of products on the
packing slip.
Step 6: Review your order

This page will display the entire order
including customer information, shipping method, comments
and order total. Review this page carefully for any errors
that may delay your order. Use the Back button to
correct these mistakes. If you are satisfied with your order
click
Submit Order to finalize.

Your order invoice will be displayed for you
to print. Also, an invoice/receipt will be e-mailed to you.

shipping address, but will not require your credit card
information. It will generate your invoice and order number.
Skin-Spa receives your unpaid order and will begin to
process it. Just call toll-free at 1-877-475-4677 at your convenience to
pay for your order. Orders will be shipped once payment is
received.
For anyone that prefers not to give any personal
information online, please call our store at
1-877-475-4677 to place an order with a customer service
representative.
Mail Order
Shop online and the shopping cart will take your
billing and shipping address, but will not require
any kind of payment information. It will generate
your invoice and order number in a printable copy.
Send the order invoice along with your payment to
the address indicated. Your order will be shipped
once payment is received. Accepted methods of
payment are Personal/Business check and Money Orders
for US customers. Canada Post and Western Union
money orders are the only acceptable mail payment
for International orders.
For anyone that prefers not to give any personal
information online, you may also print out the
Mail-Order Form and
send to Skin-Spa with your payment.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is applicable to orders placed in the
state of Florida. There are no charges for any other
state.
Cancel or Modify an Order
Orders may be cancelled or modified by the customer
during the processing time prior to shipment. Order
processing may take several days after the order is
placed.
Contact
us if you would like to make any changes to your
order. Orders Sent to the Warehouse
or shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
Coupons
Occasionally Skin-Spa makes coupons available to
previous and/or new customers. If you would like to
use a coupon that you have received, type the coupon
in the Coupon box on the shopping cart
page. Your subtotal will be adjusted to confirm the
coupon. Coupons will only be applied to the order
subtotal prior to any shipping or sales tax that may
be added to the final total. Only one coupon may be
used per order. Coupons are case sensitive and must
be typed exactly as indicated.
Billing
Charges made to your card by Skin-Spa will be listed
on your statement as:
Skin-Spa.
